About us

Who are we?

Who are we?

We are a team of professionals with years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in WordPress.

Our expertise didn’t happen by chance - we grew out of working with hosting infrastructure, where we supported clients in maintaining their websites on a daily basis. Over time, a significant portion of the support requests began to involve WordPress - its performance, security, and issues following updates.

That’s when we built the practical, in-depth knowledge that we use in our daily work today.

Today, we don’t just “support WordPress” - we understand it from the perspective of real-world problems that arise in active businesses.

We don’t focus solely on code and technology. Our goal is to provide clients with real support - the kind that solves problems instead of creating them.

How do we work?

How do we work?

We prioritize responsibility and long-term partnerships.

We don’t just do one-off projects - we take ownership of your website and care for it as if it were our own.

We work as a team - your website isn’t managed by a single person, but by a team of specialists. This ensures continuity, faster response times, and a broader range of expertise.

The team is led by a WordPress expert, mentor, and active community member - which translates to high standards of work and a proven approach to projects.

Our process is structured and predictable:

  • first, we thoroughly analyze the state of the website (free audit),
  • then we plan our actions,
  • and finally, we systematically ensure its security, up-to-date status, and development.

We send a report every month, giving you full control over what’s happening with your website.

Commitment to WordPress

Commitment to WordPress

We are an active part of the WordPress community - we don’t just use this ecosystem, we actively help shape it.

We regularly attend industry events such as WordCamp and WordUp - both in Poland and across Europe.

We participate in them as attendees, but also as speakers.

Thanks to this:

  • we stay up to date with the direction of WordPress’s development,
  • we know the best practices used in the industry,
  • we have direct contact with experts from around the world.

For us, it’s not just a work tool - it’s an environment in which we are actively involved.

Experience and Approach

Experience and Approach

We have been active in the field of the internet and technology for many years. This experience allows us to make sound decisions and avoid solutions that only look good at first glance.

We know where problems most often arise - and how to prevent them.

That is why we don’t just react; above all, we take a proactive approach.

Safety and Infrastructure

Safety and Infrastructure

WordPress security isn’t just about plugins and updates.

It’s also about a properly designed server infrastructure.

That’s why we combine the best of both worlds:

  • application-level security (WordPress),
  • and our own server-side solutions.

As a result:

  • sites are isolated from one another - a problem with one does not affect the others,
  • we minimize the risk of infections spreading,
  • and we increase the stability and resilience of the entire environment.

This approach goes far beyond standard “website maintenance” - and tangibly raises the level of security.

Standards and Compliance

Standards and Compliance

We operate in accordance with proven security standards and best practices.

We follow an approach that complies with the GDPR and draw inspiration from standards such as ISO 27001.

For our clients, this means:

  • greater data security,
  • compliance with applicable regulations,
  • website stability,
  • and building trust with users.

We start every project with a free WordPress site audit.
With that, you can see the current status of your website, find out what’s working properly, and what needs improvement
or additional security.
